Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges, about 1/2 inch thick.

- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil.

- Toss the spice mixture with the sweet potato wedges until evenly coated.
- Sweet Potato - 2 pounds
- Spread the sweet potato wedges out on 2 rimmed baking sheets in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are crispy and golden brown.
- While the sweet potatoes are baking, prepare the garlic aioli. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
