1 beef frank
1 brioche bun
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, place the artisanal beef frank in the water, and cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes.

- Remove the beef frank from the water and set aside.

- Place a steamer basket into the pot and steam the brioche bun until warm, about 2 minutes.
- Brioche Bun - 1
- Place the beef frank in the steamed brioche bun. Pile on the toppings in this order: homemade mustard sauce, sweet pickle relish, caramelized onions, heirloom tomato wedges, dill pickle spear, pickled peppers, and a dash of celery salt. The tomato wedges should be nestled between the beef frank and the top of the bun on one side. Place the dill pickle spear between the beef frank and the bottom of the bun on the other side.

- Caramelized Onion - 2 tablespoons
- Heirloom Tomato - 2 wedges
- Dill Pickle - 1 spear
- Pickled Pepper - 2
- Celery Salt - 1 dash
