Avocado Bacon Egg Salad

Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and red wine vinegar. Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Greek Yogurt - 4 tbsp
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Kosher Salt - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper - ½ tsp
- In a large serving bowl, gently mix together hard-boiled eggs, cooked bacon, avocado, feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes. Gradually fold in the mayonnaise dressing, using only enough until ingredients are lightly coated. Season with additional kosher salt and black pepper if needed.

- Cherry Tomato - ½ c

Notes
The new recipe replaces blue cheese with feta cheese for a milder flavor and adds fresh dill for an extra burst of freshness. The dressing is made lighter by using more Greek yogurt and less mayonnaise.
